1. Introduction
This is a warning about doing business with LuxuryEstate.com. The owner/Managing Director of this company is Olivier Tomas or Tomas Olivier.
2. Personal Experience and Allegations
Applying behavioral science to customer experience
1. Fraudulent Activity:
I have been defrauded of a substantial amount of money by this company and its executives.
2. Deceptive Practices:
LUXURYESTATE.COM engages in deceptive practices, and its managing director is, I am informed and believe, a thief.
3. My Experience with LuxuryEstate.com
1. Leased Property:
I leased a luxury villa in Valle de Bravo, Mexico from LuxuryEstate.com for 2 years.
2. Stolen Listings:
The properties listed on LuxuryEstate.com are not actually listed by them but are stolen from other real estate companies. They present these properties as their own, which is a lie.
3. Fraudulent Transactions:
By presenting properties for sale or rent as their own, LuxuryEstate inserts themselves into fraudulent financial transactions, which is illegal in almost all parts of the world.
4. Location Misrepresentation:
LuxuryEstate.com is based in Paris, France, yet they appear to be located locally wherever they are advertising properties for which they are not the real listing agents.
4. Issues with Payments and Communication
1. Payment Withholding:
All monies flowed through LuxuryEstate and were withheld for substantial periods before being disbursed to the real agents or owners of the property.
2. Payment Demands:
Olivier Tomas was perturbed that he did not receive wire monies immediately. The SWIFT system, which may take two or three days, was not fast enough for him.
3. Constant Payment Requests:
I received constant calls for payments that had already been made. LuxuryEstate wanted money fast, which made me nervous about their reputation.
4. Failed ATV Purchase:
I asked LuxuryEstate to secure an ATV for me, which they agreed to do. $14,000 was demanded, and it was promised that the vehicle would be in the driveway of the house when I arrived in 2022. It was not.
5. Unfulfilled Promises and Insults
1. Broken Promise:
When I asked about the vehicle, I was told that I was a "dirty American" and that Oliver was not going to deliver the vehicle or return the $14,000 I had sent.
2. Ignored Requests:
To this day, on August 21, 2024, I have been ignored, and my money was never returned. LuxuryEstate.com stole my money and refused to return it.
3. Rudeness:
Numerous calls and emails demanding a refund were met with unbelievable rudeness towards me as a customer, an American, and a medical doctor.
6. Final Warning
WARNING !!! BEWARE You will receive the same treatment!
LuxuryEstate.com will steal your money and deceive you. They deal in very expensive properties, and the chances are quite high that you will lose money and be treated poorly.
7. Contact Information
If you wish to contact me to discuss my experiences with this company and Mr. Olivier Tomas, please do not hesitate to contact me:
I publish this website at my own expense in order to help others avoid doing business with LuxuryEstate. They ambitiously advertise all over the world, but they are not reputable and are a dangerous company to handle your real estate needs.
